Julie Gauthier is Vice President, Operations of The JBL Group, and Director of the Montreal office. A member of the company’s Executive Committee, Julie is responsible for ensuring the timely and effective management of the more than 100 projects our consultants undertake every year. She has been a member of The JBL Group since its inception, solving many complex health policy and reimbursement issues for our clients.Julie brings to our team a vast experience in Government Affairs, Communications and Public Affairs. Before joining The JBL Group, Julie was Director of Public Affairs for the Quebec Association of Pharmacy Owners (AQPP) where she was responsible for Government Relations, Public Relations, and Communications with the media and with members of the association.
Previously, Julie was Senior Consultant for Government Services at Coopers & Lybrand. She also has extensive government knowledge, having served as Policy Advisor to Quebec Cabinet Ministers responsible for Treasury Board, International Affairs, and Culture and Communications.
Julie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a Certificate in Journalism from Laval University.
