Professional experience

Christelle Fasano is a Senior Consultant with The JBL Group. She is an accomplished professional with 20 years of industry experience, mainly in market access strategy and health policy. 

Prior to joining The JBL Group, Christelle Fasano was Director at the Pangaea Group where she developed an approach to prepare market access strategies for products at the pre-launch phase. She was co-author of a report on the strategic pathways in oncology for the introduction of new innovative drugs to the market. She also developed an expertise in personalized medicine in strategy and implementation plan around the issue of companion tests. 

She has extensive European experience where she was Senior Advisor in strategy and market access at the MAPI Group, a major global consulting firm. Christelle managed numerous mandates which included market access strategy for innovations, development and implementation of projects related to personalized medicine for the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries, and led several health policy projects for pharmaceutical companies and professional associations. She also developed a disease management initiative and successfully implemented numerous programs in close collaboration with healthcare professionals, patient associations and payers. Prior to her consulting experience, Christelle was head of the Quality Assurance at the Center of Immunology of Pierre Fabre. 

Christelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the Université de Lyon in France and a Masters degree in Industrial Pharmacy with specialization in biotechnology and microbiology.
