Justin A. Brown is Senior Consultant at The JBL Group.
He specializes in Government and Stakeholder Relations, Advocacy, and Health Policy. With leadership experience across public, non-profit, and private sectors, he has served as Chief of Staff in the Ontario government and a federal ministerial aide.
His expertise spans justice, public safety, immigration, trade (NAFTA), and economic development. He has led legislative and crisis responses, including SARS and 9/11, and secured major funding for health organizations.
As CEO of the Ontario Association of Optometrists, he achieved a historic OHIP agreement for vision care.
Justin co-chaired the Rx&D (now IMC) Stakeholder-Industry Committee, enhancing pharmaceutical collaboration and patient access. A cancer survivor, he volunteers with the Canadian Cancer Society. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Carleton University and has extensive political experience.
