Sebastien Dao is an Executive Consultant with The JBL Group. He is an accomplished professional with more than 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He brings a wealth of experience from the pharmaceutical industry, gained through various positions in Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Clinical Research as well as Sales and Marketing
Before joining the JBL Group, Sebastien was Director, Market Access at Bristol-Myers Squibb. In this position, he was responsible for the development of Pricing and Reimbursement strategies. He has successfully negotiated with the Common Drug Review (CDR), the Joint Oncology Drug Review (JODR), provincial drug plans and Private Payers, to obtain drug coverage for Biologics and specialty products.
Sebastien has served as Chair of the Working Group on the International Therapeutic Class Comparison, formed by the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board (PMPRB). He has also served as Quebec Director of the Canadian Association for Healthcare Reimbursement (CAHR). He holds a Bachelor degree in pharmacy from Université de Montréal and a Graduate Diploma in Management and Marketing from McGill University.
